Poulet at Bugis +

Its is very common to see a long queue during dinner time. This is the 2nd time that I am having Poulet. This time round, we queued for about close to 20 mins before we get a seat. So when you are the next in line to be seated, the staff will take your order immediately so as to save up the time. I thought it was a brilliant idea as it cut short unnecessary time wastage.

French Onion Soup

The onions are cooked till soft and basically every mouth that you scoop, there bound to be a spoonful of onions.

Escargot

These Burgundy snails are served in tomato sauce and garlic almond butter. Its pretty good. Can't exactly remember how much is this, but I vaguely remember that both the soup and escargot were less than $10 each.

Poulet Roti (Whole)

We ordered the whole roasted chicken to share. If you want to have it alone, you can order the half portion. In fact, the whole chicken was also abit too much for the both of us. The chicken is marinated  in the secret recipe for a day before it is roasted till golden brown. Thus even when you taste the chicken without the white home-made Mushroom Chardonnay Sauce, there's still this salty taste from the meat. This should cost roughly around $30 and it is definitely enough to feed 2 unless you are a big big eater.
