This place is always packed with people and there seems to be a never ending queue each time we walked past. We wanted to have our dinner a couple of times but we backed off after seeing the long queue. So today we tried our luck again at about 7+pm which is the peak hour for dinner. To our surprise, there was no need to queue and there were some empty seats. And so finally we had our chance.
The interior is rather small, that explains the wait all the time.
Crab Suzette
It is a little spicy, with generous serving of crab meat. Cooked in Alio Olio style. It taste pretty good. As B was having a sore throat, this dish does not really suit her. So i get to eat quite a big portion of it. Didn't regret ordering this.
Price: $26
Burger Antoinette
I seldom order burger for a proper meal in a restaurant because most burgers are served with beef patty. And because I am NOT a beef eater, therefore usually I don't order burgers. Fortunately, Antoinette served this lovely burger with chicken patty that tasted awesome! The chicken patty is accompanied by pan fried apple, onion chutney and tomatoes in between 2 thick slices of toasts. It's served with salads and chips. So for non beef eater, this will be a great choice!
Price: $20
Nougatine
The crepe is filled with nutella, topped with nougatine ice cream and generous pieces of caramelize filo. This dessert is really sweet but I guess that's what dessert suppose to be like.
